A: Some shedding is normal, but excessive fallout isn't typical - text me so we can troubleshoot together, and I can fix it free of charge. If it has been over 4 days, then we can do a half priced fill/touch up.

Q: Can I wear makeup with lash extensions?

A: Yes, you can wear eyeshadow and eyeliner, but avoid the lash line if possible and be sure to clean eye makeup off at the end of the day.

A: Please provide 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling- I do not charge cancelation fees but you will forfeit your deposit and require a 50% deposit for future appointments.
